Are all Pretty Beaded Things products really handmade?
Yes.
All of our products are handmade in
Brisbane,
Australia
and made with the best quality materials sourced locally and internationally.
Each of the beads are selected by a skilled artist to produce a beautiful
finished item.

Can I arrange a custom designed (bespoke) piece for a special occasion?
Yes, you can have your handmade
jewellery custom designed. Simply
contact us with your special instructions and I will provide you with an
estimate. Prices vary depending on
the materials desired. Please note
that all custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
3.
Do you post internationally?
Yes.
We are happy to send our products to our international clients.
If you are intending on placing a large order please contact us for large
parcel international postage rates.
4.
Do I have to have a Paypal account to buy online?
No, once you choose to pay by Paypal choose “I don’t have a Paypal
account” to pay by credit card or bank account.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We primarily use Australia Post for local, interstate and overseas orders

What do I do if I wish to return or exchange an item?
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If for some reason you wish to return
all or part of your purchase please contact us within 7 day of receipt of
goods informing us of your intention to return the item/s (so we know they are
on their way). While no re-stocking
fee applies, we do not refund postage/insurance costs and the return postage
will be at your expense. Once we
receive the item/s we will arrange your refund.
If you paid by bank deposit please enclose your account details so your
refund can be arranged.
7.
Where can I go to purchase Pretty Beaded Things products in person?
We are often holding parties in local halls and exhibiting our items at
selected fetes and fairs. Check our
About Us page for up and coming events.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes we do. Please contact

sales@prettybeadedthings.com.au for a list of requirements or with any
questions that you may have.
9.
How do I care for my sterling silver jewellery?
Sterling silver is prone to
tarnishing when it is exposed to the open air, especially when humidity is high.
The best way to protect your sterling silver jewellery from tarnish is to
store your jewellery in air tight containers or zip lock bags.
Plastic zip lock bags are commonly used and they store well in a
jewellery box. Sterling silver is
also a soft metal and it can be scratched.
Store your jewellery away from other jewellery pieces by placing them in
separate plastic bags. This will
also protect other materials such as your pearls and other soft metals or
stones. Gold filled items can also
tarnish and should be cared for in the same way.

I’m allergic to nickel, is the jewellery nickel-free?
All jewellery made using .925
sterling silver or 14kt gold-filled material

Do you have any special offers or discounts?
Yes, we do have special offers
and discounts on our handmade jewellery.
Each month at least 2 items will be reduced for our monthly specials.
